The Other Part of My Life

It's taking over, but I love every waking SECOND of it.

TENNIS :) :)
These are pictures from the trip this last weekend to St. George. Our team took first (!!!!!) and we had a BLAST. I love these girls with all my heart. We have fun. :)

I know, I know...

I'm an awful blogger when times get busy. So I'm going to make up for it by posting the pictures all in two parts. Life, and Tennis. So here's just some good old LIFE for ya.

9.3.11

Tonight was just another night in paradise.

Just kidding. I really do LOVE my job. I work with the sweetest people and guaranteed something happens everytime that I will laugh about for at least a week. Like the cutest kid came in and started pushing the swinging door that leads to behind the counter and having it come back and hit him. There are tons of cute kids and nice people that come in, which makes a job fun.

I also went to the Bountiful temple with my dad, brother and sister today. I wish I had gotten a picture of that. I love the temple so much. I cannot WAIT until the day where I can get married there. I love every aspect of it, and it made it better that my family was there! Gotta love Saturdays.

The END. :)

9.2.11

Today was PHINEAS AND FERB DAY. Complete with shirts, band aids, and 4 (5?) enthusiastic fans. I just love my friends. Unfortunately, we then went to lunch and got Dr. Pepper spilled all over the shirts...and the backpacks...and maybe some in Randy's car..which then resulted in everyone laughing so hard they were choking....but it was AWESOME.

Today was also just another people watching day. I. Love. This. Kid. Tanner is probably the greatest people watcher ever...even in his woman glasses.

The people we were watching finally noticed today...I think the glasses might have given it away...and they think we're creeps. Good thing that they're sophomores, so they have much to learn about the ways of dear old DAVIS HIGH.

9.1.11

This, my friends, is my dear friend Madi (Madi) Mansfield. We have too much fun together. Like singing, sewing, laughing...the whole shebang. She's great. Annnnndddd we like to sing songs...like "When the Saints go Marching In"....:)

Today was so special that I thought I'd put two pictures up. So I never do my hair in a braid. Ever. But ever since I taught myself how to do a cool one, it's basically my favorite thing in the world. Kira here...has the coolest hair in the WORLD and braids it all. She's like Rapunzel. So of course I seized the moment and had a wonderful hair braid picture...plus Colton and his wonderful braid..not.

Today was the football game which was wayyyy sweet. Everytime I go, I'm reminded why I LOVE Davis High School. Our student section goes CRAZY. We even have a spirit dance...to PARTY ROCK ANTHEM! HECK yeah.

Today was also my best friend's birthday. So naturally I had to do something hilarious. Smith's had awful birthday cards, so I decided to get him a "Congrats on your baby boy" card. It was hilarious, probably only to me..but it was still hilarious. And that was basically my day.

THE END.

Sometimes, whilst in 5th period French, our teacher is in charge of the assembly. So as wonderful French students do, we come watch the assembly during 5th period. But. Seeing as the auditorium was an entirely new stomping ground, we decided to people watch our friends some more. But this time, WITH SUNGLASSES ON. It made people watching so much more fun. :)

So today I played easily the funnest match of my life. Funny part is that I lost. But I can honestly say that I have NEVER played that hard or that long in my entire life. I seriously felt so accomplished leaving that match because I felt like I had actually played tennis. And loved it.

In the middle of my second set, I heard a voice coming from out by my team that was DEFINITELY not a member of my team. I look over between points to see who it was, because I recognized the voice from SOMEWHERE. Surely to my surprise did I see my friend Alec from Bountiful and his friend Jeff. It made my day. I got to talk to them after, which was great also.

I also went and did Youth Court today. I decided that I think it'd be interesting to try something in the legal field in college. Who knows where I'll end up, but it's worth a shot, right? :)

The. End.

8.30.11

Since nothing really noteworthy or picture worthy happened today, I'm posting a picture from what happened the next day. Illegal? I think not.

These are the SBO's. I kind of love these kids. To see my favorite teacher, my best friend and 7 other fantastic people dancing, making of fun of each other and laughing on the stage just made me laugh. These kids are the best. :)

Today we played Layton in tennis. Hahahaha. It was great. It also was the shortest match I've ever had to play. 6-0, 6-0. It kind of frustrated me though, because I realized I like PLAYING tennis, where I have to seriously try with every fiber in me to win. And that's why I play.

Also, today I got asked to Homecoming!!! I'm super excited and it's gonna be a lot of fun! I went to Ash's after and told her, Dallin and Spencer and we all talked about how our group is going to be HUGE. Gotta love it. :)

The. End.
